Refunds are processed using the method of the purchase. Please note that you are required to produce a valid copy of the purchase or any other document that validates your purchase of the product during the refund procedure. It is required that the product remains in the condition it was at the time of delivery. Any alterations in the product can lead to cancellation of the refund.
